Complaints

Your homeowners association recommends that Sunningdale residents who have an issue or complaint about a situation involving a neighbor consider the following steps:

  • Try communicating with the individual(s) concerned to resolve the problem.
  • If it is felt that a covenant restriction is being violated, contact the homeowners association.
  • Issues which are not covenant restriction violations but which are considered to be in conflict with township regulations (noxious weeds, negligent lawn care, property maintenance, etc.) can be referred to the Georgetown Township Office using the appropriate form. Please note that the form requires that the complainant identify himself/herself. We have been told that this is for the Township's records and that the information will not be passed along to the party who is the object of the complaint.

If you have questions about an issue with a neighbor, please contact the association for advice about which option to use.
