From your Sunningdale HOA…

As fall is approaching, the Sunningdale Board would like to send a number of reminders:

• There are a lot of new neighbors in the neighborhood.  Please remember to welcome them and make them feel at home.

• Please be courteous and respectful of your neighbors.

• Please respect the 25mph speed limit.

• Park cars in driveways whenever possible.

• Boats and trailers may not be stored in driveways except temporarily (the board has defined temporarily at three days).

• The number of household pets should be limited to two.

• Pets should be leashed and properly cared for to minimize disturbances.

• Property should be appropriately maintained.

  Every small contribution makes Sunningdale a more attractive and valued community for all residents to enjoy.
